By accessing or purchasing from Somna Vale, you agree to the following terms.

1. Core Business Scope Somna Vale is a sleep wellness e-commerce brand operated as a sole proprietorship. We curate and sell sleep infrastructure — physical and environmental products designed to support the body's natural descent into rest. All products are consumer wellness goods intended for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Medical & Health Disclaimer Somna Vale products are environmental tools designed to support sleep hygiene. They are not medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, including clinical sleep disorders such as insomnia, sleep apnea, or any other condition requiring medical intervention. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. By purchasing from Somna Vale, you acknowledge that you have consulted or will consult a licensed healthcare provider for any clinical sleep concerns. Somna Vale expressly disclaims any responsibility for outcomes related to the use of our products in place of professional medical care.

3. Indemnity Clause You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Somna Vale, its owner, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of our products; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your reliance on any content on this website as medical advice; or (d) any claim that your use of our products caused harm to a third party.

4. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Somna Vale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of our products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

5. Trial, Return & Governing Law

14-Night Sanctuary Trial: Structural sleep items — including ergonomic pillows, contour supports, and knee pods — are eligible for a full refund within 14 nights of delivery. To initiate a return, contact hello@somnavale.com within the trial window.

Hygienic Unboxing Clause: Personal textile items — including silk eye masks, pillowcases, and any product that makes direct contact with skin or eyes — must remain in their original, sealed, unopened packaging to be eligible for return. Opened textile items cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons.
