The 14-Night Sanctuary Trial We stand behind our sleep infrastructure completely. The following structural items are covered by our 14-Night Sanctuary Trial:
- Ergonomic contour pillows
- Knee pods and anatomical supports
- Any item explicitly marked "Sanctuary Trial Eligible" on its product page
If you are not waking up with measurably improved rest, contact us at hello@somnavale.com within 14 nights of your delivery date to initiate a return. The contact must be made within the 14-night window — return shipping timelines do not affect eligibility. Items must be returned in good condition, showing only normal wear from use. The 14-Night Sanctuary Trial is limited to one claim per household.
Pillow Hygiene Requirement Ergonomic contour pillows must be used with a pillowcase or protective cover during the trial period, as they make direct contact with the face and head. Pillows returned without evidence of proper covering may not be eligible for a full refund. Knee pods and anatomical supports are not subject to this requirement.
The Hygienic Unboxing Clause Because they sit directly against your skin and eyes, the following personal items must remain in their original, sealed, unopened packaging to qualify for a return:
- Silk eye masks
- Pillowcases and textile covers
- Any item marked "Sealed for Hygiene" on its product page
Once opened, these items cannot be accepted back for hygiene and safety reasons.
Item Condition All returned items must be free from damage beyond normal use. Somna Vale reserves the right to decline a refund if a returned item shows signs of misuse, damage, or tampering.
Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a verified product defect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges If you would prefer an exchange over a refund, please indicate this when contacting us at hello@somnavale.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability and are processed within the same 14-night window.
Abuse Prevention The 14-Night Sanctuary Trial is offered in good faith. Somna Vale reserves the right to decline future trial eligibility to customers who abuse the return policy.
